Account Suspended (Deleted) for No Reason

I bought two eSIM cards in December 2023 for my trip to Europe. Planning a new trip to Europe in December 2025, I wanted to buy two new cards from Airalo since my experience was great in 2023. To login to my Airalo account. Airalo sent me a code to my address for dual authentication and was able to connect on my desktop PC. I tried to add two cards to my cart and have a single transaction but I couldn't do it. So I connected to the Airalo app on my phone. Same, after receiving a code I was able to login, but still I couldn't add two eSIM cards to my cart. Then somehow I had to relogin and I got the message that there were too many attempts trying to connect. I contacted the customer service and they told me my account has been suspended because of fraud suspicion. They asked me to send a copy of my previous credit card transactions from Airalo, which I did. I even sent a snapshot of the previous Airalo order. They said my account should be reinstated very shortly. Unfortunately 3 months later I have still to hear anything from them, so I had to assume they deleted my account and don't want my business. Of course I couldn't wait for my trip and had to purchase two eSIM cards. I went to another website, bought two eSIM cards with the same data and for twice longer, and amazingly twice cheaper than Airalo. First time ever a website asks for credit card transactions to authenticate my account, and still it was not enough. If they have a lot of issues with fraud, their website may not be that secure. I will not buy from Airalo again as it is too much hassle!
