Bin zufrieden, auch wenn bei der Aufladung nicht alles sofort klappte. Man hat mir geholfen und nun funktioniert alles. Hätte es sofort geklappt, dann wäre es die vollen Sterne gewesen, daher einen kleinen Abzug. ☺️

Wir hatten zunächst Probleme die eSIm zu aktivieren. Ich möchte hier einen Anwenderfehler unsererseits nicht ausschließen. Der Support war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr gut unterstützt. Letztlich haben wir eine neue eSim erhalten. Als mir dann auffiel, dass ich lediglich Datenvolumen, anstatt data+call gebucht hatte, konnten wir die aktuelle eSim stornieren und die gewünschte neu kaufen. Die installationen haben ab der zweiten eSim super einfach funktioniert!

Choose the same destination, validity and type of allowance before comparing prices. Inspect network information where it is published, hotspot permission and what happens after the allowance is used. Missing information is a reason to ask the provider, not a guarantee that a feature is included.

Is this package suitable for your trip?
Check the conditions on the exact package you select. A lower starting price can mean a smaller allowance, shorter validity or different daily reset rules.
