Mal servicio y peor antención al cliente
Tuve una primer experiencia correcta pero en la segunda, al día siguiente de activarla se me expiró. Ni los días que eran 7 ni el consumo de datos que fue ínfimo ya que tenía wifi gran parte del día justifican su caducidad. Me tocó comprarme otra porque además hasta 10:00 am no me contestaban y claro uno necesita internet para hablar con ellos.
Aun así no me solucionaron nada. Que yo justificara el consumo de datos que no podía ya que se me fusionaron los datos de ambas tarjetas.
En resumen la tarjeta dejó de funcionar al día siguiente y muy mal servicio de atención al cliente ofreciendo soluciones.
No volveré a comprar ni a recomendarla como había hecho anteriormente.

En condiciones normales, un plan GoMoWorld no puede caducar antes de la fecha prevista si ni los días ni el volumen de datos han sido consumidos. En algunos casos, puede tratarse de un problema de sincronización o visualización del consumo, que requiere una verificación técnica de nuestro equipo.
