We have accumulated over a million records, all of which accurately reflect actual data usage sources, and no abnormalities have ever occurred. (Our customer service team has also provided you with the complete data usage details for your reference.)
At the same time, our backend data is kept in sync with the telecom operator, which is the sole basis for billing and data management. Please rest assured that we will never overcharge.
We have also suggested that you check and disable automatic updates for Apps and cloud services to avoid background data consumption. However, since you only provided “data usage for the day” rather than the full records, we were unable to further identify which application generated the additional usage.
